Technical Capabilities

The technologies we actually use, and how we put them to work.

Abstract illustration of a cloud with a connected AI node network

Cloudflare

  • Workers: TypeScript at the edge for APIs, webhooks (including LINE), request filtering, and security headers, with low latency and no servers to maintain.
  • Pages: Hosting for websites and front-end apps, with Git-based builds and preview environments.
  • DNS: Managed DNS and proxying that hide origin servers and centralize certificates and HTTPS.
  • WAF: Managed and custom rules to block common web attacks, plus rate limiting and bot management.
  • Zero Trust (Access, Tunnel): Keeps admin consoles and internal systems off the public internet, reachable only after identity verification.

LINE Messaging API

  • Webhook services for LINE Official Accounts: receiving, replying to, and pushing messages
  • Rich menus, quick replies, and Flex Messages for intuitive user flows
  • Webhook signature verification to confirm every message's origin
  • Integration with AI assistants and internal systems, with human handoff when needed

AI Model Integration (LLM APIs, RAG)

  • Customer-service replies, document summaries, and natural-language queries built on LLM APIs
  • RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) so AI answers from your own data, with sources, and stays on topic
  • Prompt design, scoped permissions, and output checks so AI never accesses or reveals data it shouldn't
  • Model and cost evaluation for each use case, with the flexibility to switch models later

Node.js / TypeScript

  • Front-end and back-end code in TypeScript, with type checking for long-term maintainability
  • API services, scheduled jobs, and integrations (ERP/CRM, payments, notifications)
  • Automated tests and CI pipelines to reduce release risk

PostgreSQL

  • Data models, indexes, and permissions for applications like internal platforms and support logs
  • Backup, restore, and off-site retention planning
  • Vector search where needed, serving as the knowledge store for RAG

How We Work

  • Secure by default: HTTPS, WAF, least privilege, and access control are part of the design from day one
  • Simple, maintainable architecture: We favor managed services to minimize server upkeep
  • Documentation and handover: Every project ships with architecture notes and operating guides so your team can take over
